Anne’s fifteen-plus years span commercial investment, development, and brokerage. She was named a CoStar Power Broker as a top broker in her MSA, and in her strongest listing year, three quarters of her closed transactions were on the seller and landlord side — the side a valuation has to defend.

Her deal work runs from a $159M riverfront development assembly to the redevelopment of historic districts — acquiring landmark buildings, navigating grants and conservation, and filling the refurbished space with tenants. She has managed commercial portfolios with $1.1M annual budgets, generated $7M in sales revenue in a single year, and built a residential firm to nearly 30 agents and a top-10 market ranking before it partnered with Century 21.

The result is fluency in the full anatomy of a transaction: contract and lease negotiation, due diligence, market and investment analysis, demographic and economic studies, 1031 exchanges, rezoning, incentives and grants, and alternative financing. Clients have come from as far west as California and as far north as New York.
